Service Description
Maximize your potential and achieve your goals with personalized coaching for coxswains seeking to make the U19 or U23 national rowing team. With experience attending USA National Team camps at both the Junior and U23 level, I represented the United States racing internationally for 3 summers. In 2014, I coxed the 8+ and 4+ at the CanAmMex Regatta, winning golds in both events. In 2018, I coxed the BW4+, winning the U23 World Championship in Poznan, Poland. In 2019, I coxed the W8+ at the U23 World Championship, winning bronze on our American home course in Sarasota, Florida. Selection camps are exciting and fun, but can be incredibly competitive and stressful in many ways. It can be tough to adjust to coxing rowers from all different teams, and to cox under coaches that have high expectations but might not be that communicative. It is super important to be adaptable, hungry, and well-prepared when competing to make a national team boat. If you are looking for a little support to navigate the process of selection camp, I am happy to help in any way... Together we can: - go over audio recording tapes - discuss and implement changes based on coxswain evaluations - sharpen technical knowledge - create boat-specific racing calls - develop strategy - discuss navigating new coaches with high expectations and more... Individual Sessions Include: - 30-minute prep work and analysis of tapes and topics before call - 30-minute 1:1 zoom call - Full emailed summary of notes, actionable items, and new learnings within 24-hours after the call - Consults with team coaches and parents outside of meetings **To book this session, please email coxwithizzi@gmail.com to schedule.** For qualified athletes who are concerned about their ability to pay for the listed fees, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss some potential options.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. To maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have established the following cancellation policy: Free Initial Cancelation: Clients are entitled to one free cancellation. This is designed to accommodate unexpected changes in your schedule. Subsequent Cancelations: If a client cancels a session for a second time within 24 hours of the session, the client will be charged the full session fee, due to the fact that they prevented another client from being able to schedule during that slot.
