As a recently retired NCAA and USA U23 World Champion coxswain, Izzi is excited to provide guidance into coxing from my first-hand experience. Inside Turn is dedicated to helping high school coxswains take their skills to the next level and achieve their goals of competing at the collegiate level. With years of experience as a coxswain and coach, Izzi has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this role and is passionate about sharing that knowledge with Inside Turn's clients.
Learning to think competitively, quickly, and adaptably from the coxswain seat is something that will differentiate a coxswain when it comes to earning a seat, or taking their career to the next level. Inside Turn is designed to help coxswains develop their skills, confidence, and to be the most successful they can be.

In addition to providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship, we also offer a range of resources and support to help high school coxswains and rowers navigate the recruiting process and find the right college program. From initial coach outreach to official visits, we are here to help you every step of the way.
