GROUP NOVICE COXSWAIN SESSION
Service Description
Novice coxswains can benefit greatly from group coaching sessions. With a personalized lesson plan tailored for your team, and the support of their peers, they can improve their skills and build confidence more efficiently. Group sessions will help align all of the coxswains on a team, making sure everyone is able to run an efficient practice and communicate well with both their own boat, and the other coxswains on the water. Novice coxswain group sessions cover the basics, making sure that new coxswains have the skillset needed to run practices, keep their crew safe, and understand what the coaches are looking for from them. Novice coxswain sessions include: - Safety - Technical basics (catch, release, drive, set, ratio, rhythm, ect) - On the water communication (with coaches, rowers, and other boats) - How to make effective coxing calls - How to run an efficient practice - Basic drills - Spring racing - Fall racing - Giving and receiving feedback - Setting goals for your crew - Setting personal coxswain development goals **To book this session, please email coxwithizzi@gmail.com to schedule.**
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. To maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have established the following cancellation policy: Free Initial Cancelation: Clients are entitled to one free cancellation. This is designed to accommodate unexpected changes in your schedule. Subsequent Cancelations: If a client cancels a session for a second time within 24 hours of the session, the client will be charged the full session fee, due to the fact that they prevented another client from being able to schedule during that slot.
