Personal coaching can be a powerful tool for coxswains looking to take their skills to the next level. With one-on-one attention from an experienced coach, coxswains can receive tailored instruction and feedback to help them improve in specific areas. Personal coaching can also help coxswains stand out amongst their peers and increase their chances of being recruited to a higher level of competition. Individual Sessions Include: - 30 minute prep work and analysis of tapes and topics before call - 30 minute 1:1 zoom call - Full emailed summary of notes, actionable items, and new learnings within 24-hours after the call - Consults with team coaches and parents outside of meetings Call Topics Include: - Audio tape reviewing (race and practice recordings) - Technique lessons (steering, parts of the stroke, boat feel, set, and more) - Leadership guidance (bringing out the best in your boat, running an efficient practice, communicating well with your teammates and coaches) - Collegiate recruiting advising (make a recruiting schedule and outreach calendar, learn how to be a top recruit, learn how to write a coxswain resume, discuss finding the right team) - Race preparation (making race plans, discussing strategy, prepping the boat and the rowers) **To book this session, please email coxwithizzi@gmail.com to schedule.** For qualified athletes who are concerned about their ability to pay for the listed fees, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss some potential options.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. To maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have established the following cancellation policy: Free Initial Cancellation: Clients are entitled to one free cancellation. This is designed to accommodate unexpected changes in your schedule. Subsequent Cancellations: If a client cancels a session for a second time within 24 hours of the session, the client will be charged the full session fee, due to the fact that they prevented another client from being able to schedule during that slot.
